Ms Ros Casey

Ms Ros Casey was appointed to the position of Director of Advancement at St Michael’s in April 2019. In early 2020 she assumed the role of Director Enrolments, Engagement, Communications and Advancement.

In her role, Ros oversees the admission of new students to the School, our engagement with the PCA, Old Michaelians and the broader community, and the School’s marketing, advertising and communications. She also works closely with members of our extended community to create philanthropic connections that will make possible the very best learning environment and experiences for all students, now and into the future.

Ros is an experienced senior manager who spent more than 10 years at Victoria University (VU) as Director of Advancement. In this role she was responsible for the University’s philanthropic, sponsorship and alumni relations programs, and established a strategic fundraising program to support key university activities. Prior to joining VU, Ros worked as a consultant to the Prime Minister’s Community Business Partnership where she developed an extensive community business partnership program.

In addition to her strong interest in the performing arts and sport, Ros is a Board member of AFL Cape York House Foundation, the Early Learning Association of Australia and the Holmesglen Foundation.
