Paula Scher is a Human Resources executive, with over 12 years of commercial experience developing and implementing human resource strategy. Her industry experience spans financial services, professional services, consulting, outsourcing, retail, local government, education and not for profit. Paula has been responsible for the delivery of excellence in Human Resources practice across the employment life-cycle as well as leading change transformation programmes. She holds an MBA and currently lectures Masters and Bachelors students at RMIT University. She has previously been on the board of the not-for-profit Global Dialogue Foundation and was Chair of the RMIT Industry Advisory Committee for the School of Management. Paula can be found fund-raising for the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, volunteering for Lort Smith Animal Hospital or travelling to new and exciting places in her spare time. Having previously worked in 7 different countries, she now resides in Melbourne, with her husband Craig, and adopted cat, Chow.
