Music at the Centre is designed to highlight exactly that: the centrality of music to the heart of St Michael’s and its dedicated students and staff. Taking place in the Elisabeth Murdoch Hall, this concert is the annual celebration of student work across most of the larger bands and choirs, as well as specially convened, combined ensembles. The concert concludes with a tribute to departing Year 12 musicians, for whom this will be their last major St Michael’s concert as a performer.
