With music by Andrew Lloyd Webber and lyrics by Tim Rice, this iconic rock opera reimagines the final days of Jesus’ life through the eyes of Judas. Renowned for its electrifying score and emotionally charged storytelling, the work explores timeless themes of power, loyalty, faith and the complexity of human relationships – ideas that continue to resonate strongly with contemporary audiences.
This extraordinary production involves more than 80 students performing on stage, playing in our magnificent 28-piece orchestra, and contributing to vital production roles behind the scenes. It is a true celebration of music, dance, dramatic performance and design, brought to life in a clever and exciting original interpretation of a story we know well.
