The St Michael’s Grammar School Extended Tuition Program (ETP) provides a comprehensive and enriching opportunity for students to develop their skills, interests, and talents beyond the traditional classroom setting. The school currently offers a range of before and after-school programs for students from ELC – Year 12. Building on the success of the ETP, we aim to continue expanding on our offerings to cater for the evolving preferences of our students every year.

Would you like to be one of the many students working in hospitality? Welcome to the St Michael’s certificate in Responsible Serving of Alcohol. The RSA for Schools specialises in providing quality onsite training for secondary schools, in age-appropriate, familiar, and supervised environments that build confidence in emerging adults. During this course, you will learn about the benefits of Responsible Service of Alcohol strategies in preventing intoxication. You will gain hands-on experience with pouring, along with insights into advertising & promotional standards and the best and worst ways to refuse service of alcohol or ask for secondary supply of I.D.

Food Handler Certification is now a legal requirement for work in any food-based industry and a valuable employability skill for young people seeking flexible employment while studying their chosen vocation. Our Safe Food Handling course is run exclusively for students in years 9-12 and supervised on school premises.
