St Michael’s offers Before School Care, After School Care and Holiday Programs, which are approved for Child Care Subsidy (CCS) from the Department of Human Services (Centrelink). Families may choose to apply to Centrelink to determine their level of CCS.
Before School Care operates from 7.30am to 8.15am for students in Prep to Year 6 and from 7.30am to 8.40am for Kindergarten students.
All students arriving on campus and unaccompanied prior to 8.40am for Kindergarten and 8.15am for Prep to Year 6, must book into Before School Care.

After School Care operates from 3.15pm to 6.00pm for Kindergarten to Year 6.
On arrival, students have a healthy afternoon tea and are then given the opportunity to engage in a variety of activities, such as art and craft, drama, cooking, basketball, cricket, organised games or unstructured play. A second snack is served at 5.00pm.
For the safety of the students, any Prep – Year 6 who has not been collected by 3.45pm, and any Kindergarten student who has not been collected by 3.30pm, will be taken by the supervising teacher to After School Care, where they can await collection.

St Michael’s Holiday Program operates for selected days during non-term time holiday periods at the conclusion of Terms 1, 2 and 3, and for a limited time during the summer break. The Holiday Program runs from 8:00am to 6.00pm, on specified days during the holidays.
The cost for the program is $72.40 per day or $86.40 per day for an excursion/workshop for each child using the Holiday Program. Fees for Holiday Program will be charged to your school account.
St Michael’s Grammar School runs programs that are approved for Child Care Subsidy (CCS) . These services are Before School Care, After School Care, Holiday Program and our Kindergarten. Families may choose to apply to Centrelink to determine their level of CCS. Accessing the CCS is made on the parent’s initiative.
